Today, Pepper was ordained to the office of Teacher in the Aaronic priesthood. His birthday was a few weeks ago, but because of conferences, both general and stake, he wasn't ordained until today.
In our ward here, he is going from a Deacon's quorum of fifteen boys to a Teacher's quorum of three. Although, I guess that will all change soon enough.

When you say, "...because of conferences, both general and stake..." I think of "...mitzvahs, both bar and bat." Classic.
