Today after our stake conference, we came home and fired up the barbeque.  This meal included one of my new favorite things - grilled zucchini and peppers.

Luke took one look at the strip of grilled zucchini on his plate and announced he was NOT going to eat that.  Well, since I'm trying to be a Good Mom and all Good Moms make their kids eat vegetables, I told him he had to have three bites.

Despite me smothering it in ranch dressing (usually a sure thing), Luke would not eat the zucchini.  This photo was taken after I had forcibly placed the small bite of zucchini between his lips.  It just sat there, dripping ranch dressing juice, until I finally gave up.

Motherhood is so fulfilling.
