It's my BIRTHDAAAAAAAAYY!!

Which, of course, means lunch at Mi Ranchito with my mom and sisters, where we all participated in our favorite emotion ("laughter through tears"--see Steel Magnolias).

Later, my mother, who is awesome in every way, made my favorite meal.  You can see that I was pretty anxious to get started on my roast beef dinner, but at least I remembered to take a photo before my plate was scraped clean.

These amazing flowers from my dreamy hubby provided the centerpiece.  Is there anything better than chowing down on a roast beef dinner, surrounded by family, while looking at romantic flowers from Dreamy Hubby?  The only thing I can think of is having Dreamy Hubby here.  Two more days...
