This afternoon, the boys and I went into the city to watch The Muppets.  This was as much for me as for them;  they have no memory of the old "Muppet Show" and sort of looked at me funny when I'd squeal with delight at my old muppet friends.

However, the muppets did not make it big on nostagia alone.  Even though this was their first introduction to Fozzy, Gonzo, and the Swedish Chef, my boys were really into it.  When Kermit and Miss Piggy sang "The Rainbow Connection," I looked over at my boys in their seats, and all three of them were staring slack-jawed at the screen, totally absorbed in the song.

Yeah, Kermie's still got it.

Okay, as I was reading this, Erik was singing "Doo Doooo Doo-Doo-Doo, Manamana."
