Today I was sustained and set apart as the first councilor in our ward Relief Society presidency.

Yes, I am freaking out.
Years ago, when I was called to serve as a RS president in Michigan, I thought that would be the scariest calling I'd ever have. I was wrong.

Yikes. You'll be just what they need, though!! I just got called as RS Secretary. I've spent probably 23 of the last 25 years in either Primary or Young Women's. Been secretary numerous times in both organizations. RS in general is just not my favorite place, probably because it's so unfamiliar.
